These Tools assist with the implementation of the following marketing strategies:

  • Improve your client's financial literacy as they have a greater propensity to invest if they are more aware of their financial and cash flow positions. 
  • Help inter-generational marketing by helping to connect with the Heirs of your clients.
  • Provide a service to those in the lesser serviced part of your client database to help ensure they choose you when the time comes plus gain access to their networks.  
  • To offer the young, those in their 20's and early 30's, a means to learn more about finances and become familiar with your Practice at the same time.
  • Research shows that on large Superannuation sites 35% of client traffic is to the old style of Calculators, and growing.  Our Financial Tools will improve this percentage markedly.

General points about the Fact Find integration.
 
  1. Fact Find (eform) is now included and can be an exact replica of what you use now.
  2. Any information in the existing system will automatically be transferred when your service is updated
  3. Any information entered into the Cash Flow module (someone works on a Budget for example) is automatically entered into their Fact Find. 
  4. Any Information entered into the Tools section (Risk Profiler and Insurance for example) will automatically be entered into their Fact Find.
  5. Any Information entered into the Fact Find will automatically be entered into relevant field in the Cash Flow and Tools area.
  6. eBroadcast will be included (1000 e-mails a month, though this number can be upgraded)
  7. Original leads capture and e-mail marketing features still exists.
  8. Fact Find reports can be generated as a PDF, excel or Word document
  9. If client clicks on 'Share' button then the Planner or Accountant can see and manage that client's information.
  10. Easy client set up from any Internet enabled device
  11. Once 'Share' authorisation is given by the client then access to all their information is available via the Planner or Accountant login.
  12. eform is very easy to tailer to exactly match any Fact Find
  13. Can have as many Fact Find versions as needed
  14. An example of synchronisation: adding Dependents when Registering adds that number of dependent fields into the Fact Find
  15. Clients working on their Cash Flow position or completing a Risk Profile (personal every day type actions) will automatically fill out a lot of their Fact Find at the same time.
  16. Initial field changes in the Fact Find (eform) are to be done through PlannerWeb or AcctWeb.
  17. Example: meet new client, add them using iPad.  When they first enter and register to set a Password, whatever was entered during the meeting is transferred to their records based on matching of e-mail addresses.
  18. If a client moves on then they can be Archived and unachieved if they return.
  19. Example of usage: Have your client complete or update their Fact Find (eform) prior to arriving for a Review meeting.  Doing this means time isn't lost, estimated at up to 40 minutes a meeting, on administration work.  Also by receiving an e-mail from the system when the Fact Find is updated means you know they've done this work before they arrive.
  20. When a client completes there Fact Find you're sent an e-mail to this effect.
